Necessary components : barbecue, OLIVEGRILL, newsprint paper , bottle .
1. Fold, roll and tie the sheets of newspaper around the bottle to form a star.
2. Place the bottle in the center of the grill.
3. Arrange OLIVEGRILL around your bottle.
4. Gently remove the bottle, fire in the crater. 25 minutes later, your grill is ready without touching it.
To turn on your barbecue, avoid using gasoline because it would give a hydrocarbon flavor to your barbecue.

Although OLIVEGRILL allows for less flame when cooking, keep a spray bottle of water next to you in order to control the fire and prevent having flames.

Never salt before the end of cooking the meat, salt tends make your meat dry.
Once OLIVEGRILL is very hot, add some spices, Provence herbs on coals so they can perfume the meat.
If you need defrost your meat, bring it out 48H before and let it thaw in the refrigerator. Avoid leaving your meat in the open air for several hours.
Use the barbecue lid if you wish to smoke meat but do not repeat that many times . This causes a sharp decrease in temperature which lengthens the cooking time and decreases the quality of cooking .
Cover the grill with aluminum foil or a lid when cooking is complete, so that you keep your food hot.
To clean the grid , do not hesitate to use a wire brush on hot grill to remove all traces of cooking. You will get fine tastes on you food net time .
